Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We get it—sometimes you change your mind or realize you need a different size. Email us at support@signaturevibesco.com as soon as possible. If we haven't processed your order yet (we process within 1-3 business days), we can usually make changes. Once it's shipped, we'll need to handle it as a return/exchange.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other standard payment methods at checkout. Whatever works for you.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or organizations?
If you're a therapist, counselor, mental health organization, or support group looking to order for your community, reach out to us at support@signaturevibesco.com. We're happy to discuss options that work for meaningful partnerships.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After processing, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. If you need it faster, expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) and Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days). Rates are calculated at checkout based on your selection.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the USA only. International shipping is coming soon, hard days aren't limited by borders, and we're working on expanding our reach. Stay tuned.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Use that to monitor your delivery. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, email us at support@signaturevibesco.com and we'll track it down for you.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
That's frustrating, and we've got you. If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, email us at support@signaturevibesco.com with your order details and photos if anything arrived damaged. We'll make it right.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes—select expedited shipping at checkout (2-3 business days) if you need your order faster. Life doesn't always wait for standard shipping, we get it.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Email us at support@signaturevibesco.com to start a return.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at support@signaturevibesco.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Don't send items back without requesting a return first—they won't be accepted.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Email us at support@signaturevibesco.com to start a return. The fastest way to get the right size is to return what you have, and once accepted, place a new order for the size you need. We process it quickly so you're not waiting long.
Do you offer refunds or store credit?
We issue refunds to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@signaturevibesco.com.
What items are final sale/non-returnable?
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. We also can't accept returns on custom or personalized items. Everything else is eligible for return within our 30-day window as long as it meets the conditions (unworn, tags attached, original packaging).

What materials are your products made from?
Our tees are made with Bella+Canvas Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Solid colors are 100% cotton, while heathers and blends are 52% cotton/48% polyester. Designed for comfort and durability—the kind of softness that makes hard days a little easier.
How do I care for my Signature Vibes apparel?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry. Turn garments inside out before washing to protect the design. Avoid bleach and high heat—treat them well and they'll last through many hard days.
Are your products pre-shrunk?
Our Bella+Canvas tees are made with pre-shrunk fabric to minimize shrinkage. Following care instructions (cold wash, low heat or hang dry) will help maintain the fit you fell in love with.
